How does Pawchrom help my pet?

Pawchrom adapts the picture to their eyes: colours they can tell apart, more contrast and the detail they actually pick up. The star of the video stands out from the background, especially when colour is what sets it apart, like a red ball on the grass. To get the most out of it, put the screen at their eye level and pick videos with animals.

Does it work with Netflix, Disney+ and other platforms?

On a computer, the extension works with videos on almost any website, such as YouTube or Vimeo. On platforms with protected video (DRM), such as Netflix or Disney+, it uses a special light mode. On your phone, use it in Firefox with YouTube and other video sites. Try it free.

How many devices can I use my code on?

One at a time. If you activate it on another computer or phone, the new one wins and the previous one switches off by itself. To prevent sharing, a code can move to a new device up to 6 times every 30 days. If you buy on Google Play, the phone you bought on stays Pro separately and doesn't take that slot.

How do I move my code to another device?

Enter it on the new one: in the extension or the Android app, under “I have a code”. The previous device switches off by itself. If you prefer, first press “Deactivate on this device” in the extension.

Can I get a refund?

Pawchrom Pro is digital content delivered immediately: by confirming the purchase you agree to its immediate activation and lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your right to complain if it doesn't work as described: write to [email protected]. Purchases on Google Play also follow Google Play's own terms. If a purchase is refunded, its code stops working.

I've lost my code. What should I do?

Look for it in your purchase email. If you can't find it, write to [email protected] with the email you paid with (web purchase) or your Google Play order number (GPA.…) and we'll send it to you.

What data do you collect?

No accounts, no ads, no analytics, and this website uses no cookies. Pictures and videos are filtered on your device and never leave it. Only if you buy or activate a code does our server store the code and a random ID so it works on one device at a time. If you buy on the web, the payment provider handles the payment and your email is used to send you the code. More in the Privacy policy.

Is it safe for my pet?

It's an entertainment product, not a medical one. The filter adds no flicker or flashes. Even so, limit screen time, watch your pet and keep the volume moderate: their hearing is more sensitive than ours. Pawchrom doesn't replace play, walks or the vet.
