Who we are

What Pawchrom is
Pawchrom adapts the contrast, detail and colours of the picture using scientific models of dog and cat vision. It is an entertainment and wellbeing product. It is not a medical device or a veterinary service.
What we don't promise
We do not guarantee that your pet will look at the screen or behave in any particular way. The results we show are estimates from animal vision models, not tests with animals. Every animal is different.
Responsible use
Pawchrom does not replace play, walks or veterinary care. Limit screen time, watch your pet and stop using it if you notice stress or discomfort. Keep the volume moderate: dogs and cats hear more sensitively than we do.
Free trial and purchase
You can try Pawchrom free for 10 minutes of use with the filter applied, in the app and in the browser extension. After that, Pawchrom Pro is a one-time payment of €5.99 (VAT included; the price may vary by country). It can be bought in the Android app through Google Play or on our website; on the website the seller is Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record. In addition to these terms, the purchase and refund terms of Google Play or Stripe apply, depending on where you buy.
Donation to ANAA
From every Pawchrom Pro purchase, excluding refunded or cancelled ones, €1 is donated to ANAA (Asociación Nacional Amigos de los Animales), a Spanish animal protection association declared of public utility. The donation is made every quarter by the owner of Pawchrom in a personal capacity, and the receipts are published at pawchrom.com/donaciones. Pawchrom has no relationship or agreement with ANAA. This commitment does not change the price or your rights as a buyer.
Pro code and browser extension
A Google Play purchase unlocks Pawchrom with no time limit on the phone where you make it. Every purchase gives you a Pro code (PAW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX): in the app after a Google Play purchase, or by email if you buy on the website. The code works in the Pawchrom browser extension and in the Android app (“I have a code”), on one device at a time: if you activate it on a new device, the previous one is deactivated automatically. The phone used for a Google Play purchase does not take up that slot. To prevent sharing, a code can move to a different device up to 6 times every 30 days. If our server cannot be reached, the code keeps working for up to 7 days after the last successful check. Do not publish or sell your code: we may cancel codes that are shared publicly or used fraudulently.
Refunds and cancelled purchases
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play, and refunds for website purchases by Stripe, under their terms; you can also write to us. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the related Pro code is revoked and stops working (and, for Google Play, so does the unlock on the phone). If you lose your code, write to [email protected] with your Google Play order number (GPA.…) or the email you used to buy on the website, and we will send it again or give you a new one, which cancels the old one.
Right of withdrawal
Pawchrom Pro is digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, on Google Play or on the website, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your right to complain if Pawchrom does not work as described.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pawchrom on your devices for private purposes. You may not copy, decompile, modify, resell or use the app commercially without our written permission.
Intellectual property
© 2026 Pawchrom. All rights reserved. The Pawchrom name, logo, illustrations, sounds, texts and code belong to their owner or are used under licence. The scientific articles cited belong to their authors and publishers.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use or for faults in your device or in third-party services. Nothing here limits your consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or the law. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence and bring claims before its courts.
